By using the Laaza.com, a service of Laaza Limited, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

•  You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
•  You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
•  You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Laaza users.
•  You may not use the Laaza.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
•  You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and  display on the Laaza.com service.
•   You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Laaza members ("Spam").
•   You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
•   You must not, in the use of Laaza, violate any laws in your jurisdiction
•  Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including  payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such  dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. Laaza shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred  as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.
•   The Service provides, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Laaza has no control over  such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Laaza is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or  resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials on or available  from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Laaza shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any  damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Laaza.com account. While Laaza.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Laaza.com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Laaza.com service at your own risk.

General Conditions
1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Laaza.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.

2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.

3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

5. Laaza.com reserves the right to use your demographic information such as age, sex and location to conduct targeted marketing campaigns even for third parties wishing to advertise using our database. At no time will Laaza.com sell or otherwise distribute such information to a third party without the users consent. Third parties wishing to advertise over our network will use us as a medium for the advertising without having access to your information.
